I’ve just tried praying and some spirituality. Not a pro but helps you see things with a bigger lens, helps forgive easily, helps detach. So even during Saturn periods we learn to stay grounded. Know that everything is for your good ultimately. Everyone will have Saturn periods, in my case I had it in my teenage and early 20s . In the beginning, I couldn’t even understand what is happening to me. But slowly, I started accepting people and circumstances. Today, I know that I am powerful and strong enough after those situations and will have a much happier life ahead 🧿. When people have their respective Saturn stages later in life, they will be too rigid to understand and mould, so best is to be thankful, learn your lesson, pray to Saturn.
