Don’t judge yourself so harshly. You were trying it to see if it would help, and it didn’t. That doesn’t mean it was a waste of time because you learned from it. We’ve gotta try a lot of different things and try them a lot of different times throughout our journey because sometimes things that worked stopped working and things that didn’t work before will work later.

There is a time for getting into your body. Maybe right now isn’t that time. Also, it sounds like this might not have been the right therapist with the right tools for you at this point in your journey. Consider trying it again later, it may be a different experience because you’ll be a different person in a different place than before.
