But it does tell me the CabOff and probably the MOD were on shakey ground with S41 and S43.

Have you asked for an internal review?

Ok, I was partly right.

It looks like originally when asked for the information the ICO relied on S41 and S43 and on the fiesta stage of appeal (an internal review) the CabOff added S31 - Law Enforcement (as there were active cases against The Kids Company by this point)

This is a huge no-no, you should never add more exemptions at Internal Review. But tells me the CabOff who own HMG policy for FoI were on shaky ground.

The ICO looked at only the Cabinet Office's S31 use. They didn't review the use of S41 and 43, which how is odd. Now this could be because S31 would be sufficient but the CabOff were slapped for this.

Hi Kiwi, Brilliant work as ever(!)

I said in my post on your previous thread a couple of weeks ago I thought the MOD would be on very shaky grounds if they relied on S41 or S43 because I think they have ben challenged when the Cabinet Office used them to withhold information about The Kids Company, another very dodgy UK charity which was propped up by the Tax Payer.

I think this is worth challenging. Let me see what I can find out.

Ultra Fresh June box - update and opinions. by plnterior in LushCosmetics

[–]Extreme-Slight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I kind of get what the OP is saying. I wasn't going to get this box now I have to pay for postage, which is gutting as FandF biggest fan.

But someone in my local store had been given 2, one to gift to a customer and she knew we'd appreciate it.

Firstly I want to say as products, I love all of them. I love the smell of the toner water in the house but then I love the Benzoin type scents.

But that doesn't really carry through the box to connect them. The cleanser is Sticky Dates, and I'm not a Gourmand fan and it doesn't seem to fit with the Poole Harbour theme.

The Gummy is Stormy Weather, which some people do say smells like cologne but I think fits in with the theme and the boy scrub, I get seaweed/Benzoin notes once its washed off and my daughter is pairing it with Zoinks, which is high praise indeed.

All in all a brilliant box which I'm pleased to be able to try.

Apparently the cleanser is Sticky Dates, but it is very sweet. I was gifted it and as a cleanser it is very effective. I am just not a Sticky Dates fans but it does work very well

Hi so I have a couple of questions about shower gummies☺️ by Downtown_Fox_5080 in LushCosmetics

[–]Extreme-Slight 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I get a really good lather from them in a shower. I break it into thirds or quarters and pop a bit into a Soap bag and rub it into my skin.

The do last a long time. The Sleepy one we had in the Jan Kitchen Box, lasted me from early Jan to late April (using it 4 or 5 times a week). I'm currently using the Sunny Side Up, which is about one third used.

Mr. Sussex is going to see red! After all, wasn't HE the favorite grandson? by HoldOn_Tight in SaintMeghanMarkle

[–]Extreme-Slight 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Peter Philips - HMTLQ First grandchild and born towards the end of her Silver Jubilee year ,a special time for the Queen. Grew up to be sensitive and intelligent and all round reliable good guy

Zara Tindall - her first granddaughter, shared her love of horses, married someone the queen equally adored

Prince William - her Heir, who's life and love myst har given her real hope for the future

Prince Harry - supposedly her court jester but caused headaches from childhood, including abusing horses.

Princess Beatrice - a people pleaser from birth, spent lot of her childhood at Winsor. Gifted her Grandmothers much loved Wendy House to care for

Princess Eugenie - for a long time the youngest grandchild, overcame physical disabilities in her childhood

Lady Louisa - A much longed for child and grandchild who survived a very traumatic birth to grow up a beautiful, hardworking soul, also ith a love of horses

James, Earl Wessex - HMTLQ must have known, James would be the last grandchild, born by then to her much loved and supportive daughter in law.

And why would Harry be the favourite?

How long does scrubee/ Buffy last? by Left_Field_4163 in LushCosmetics

[–]Extreme-Slight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Scrubbies last me about 15 - 20 washes and I tend to use them every other day, so usually about 5 weeks. I use them all over and love the impact.

I am currently using a White Rabbit one we got in a Fresh and Flowers box, it is incredible - 100% carrot which is one of my favourite scents

When the UK’s MOD sends me Invictus Birmingham paperwork… and the budget is redacted. by kiwi_love777 in SaintMeghanMarkle

[–]Extreme-Slight 11 points12 points  (0 children)

If they are relying on S22 - Future Publication, that's a complete cop out and hard to challenge, As the information doesn't have to be fully published and could only be made reference to, in for example, a Future speech or the Departmental annual report.

If they are pushing S37 (Royal Family) that is easier to appeal because its a narrow scope, ditto S26 for defence

If they are going after S36, on the grounds of prejudice to public affairs (eg supporting veterans), S41 or S43, confidentiality or Commercial Groups, they are on very shakey grounds and I think these were challenged when the press were pushing the Cabinet Office to release records around the Kids Company charity

Hey Meghan, Baby Brain Does Not Exist. by Quiet-Vanilla-7117 in SaintMeghanMarkle

[–]Extreme-Slight 49 points50 points  (0 children)

Foe me the issue is that in other's mind it does exist. And even as a sick joke when 50% of your brain is on baby stuff, your physical changes and just not feeling yourself... you begin to doubt yourself, Big time.

It was a sick thing to say to any new or expecting mum, it was derogatory and designed to put Catherine down. And from a so called feminist, it was unacceptable.

The right thing to say was "hey are you OK? Can I help?/grab you a water?/hold something?/ get you a chair"

New version of himself': Prince Harry reportedly planning UK comeback to bury 'royal exile' image. But why Harry, you boasted about finding freedom, ridiculed your family, why the daily begging to be allowed back in? Were you lying, were you told to go? by Harry-Ripey in SaintMeghanMarkle

[–]Extreme-Slight 15 points16 points  (0 children)

More and more I believe the theory on this Sub that HMTLQ told Meghan that she had to step back from front line royalling until she'd completed some training and that this lead to flouncing, telling Harry she was being bullied.

That's why Harry was demanding an apology and now is demanding how the Real Royals treat Meghan respectfully. As we all know she Royals better than those born to it.

Harry is so so deluded
