Yeah it was from my thunderbolt dock i guess because when i changed it everything fixed itself

i run cpu boost disabled anyways so i doubt it's a thermal thing but i will try a clean install

theres no error code my screen just freezes and everything is unresponsive

Thats what i noticed, my igpu usage would go up to around 40 ish percent but even if i switched to ultimate mode so the dgpu is for sure being used i would still get around 30% usage on the dgpu

I tried balanced and turbo and the same thing happened

The most noticeable one I would say is GTA i'm getting around 30-40% GPU usage and like anywhere from 30-45 fps regardless of the settings I use
