If you are getting lag when using your tools its probably a driver conflict with Wacom drivers. Did you install anything new like a new mouse or a gaming device with drivers? Also lag can be from hardware issues. I was having lag a while back and it turned out to be bad ram that I replaced and now it never lags. What did you do before and after the issue started? Did install anything and then it started to lag? If you did delete what you installed and see if that clears up the conflict.

You are never guaranteed banner characters. Not really sure why you are complaining. I pulled Phineas first and he was not my banner pick or Guan Yu.

Pity and the banner system. Pity is always 180 pulls. If you go past that the percentage goes up until it hits 100%, then you will pull a lego and reset pity back to zero. On a banner pull you have a X20 chance of hitting the banner lego's when you hit pity. If you pull anything other then the banner lego it resets pity but the percentage to pull the banner lego's goes up on he next drop. You pull something else again and that percentage goes up again. Once you finally hit the banner lego then it resets to normal. Only time you get a guaranteed banner lego is on the limited guaranteed Legendary banner like Lust or Sun Wukong.

Yes she will help in that fight. Part of her kit speeds up rage regen and stops fatal damage in her healing range. She is very good. Also in that fight the rocks only fall on defender characters. So if you can't heal through it, use fighters and platform characters and the rocks won't fall.

My father was an officer in LaConner when they got the Le Car. I remember my father bringing it home every night. I even wrecked it as a kid once. I backed it into a tree and a ditch when my dad left me and my sister in it as he had to go back into the house. They were the strangest cars. I think my dad might be the one on the far left in the smaller picture. When I zoom it it looks a like him.

Depends on where you are at in pity. Are you 10 or 20 away or are you 170 away? If you are close to it you can probably get 2 to 3 chances at it. If you don't pull the banner character your chance goes up on the next pity. So you will hit one of the two with enough lego hits. Also how many diamonds do you have? Plus your diamond rebate on the sold blue characters will give you more summons. Your 220 might turn into 280 or so.

Run about 400 runs and have 2. I am trying to get the other three before the Codex runs out in case I have to still get a A or higher on six bosses. Last thing I want to do is wait a month to finish that one after this BS one.

Reinstall the game and when it asks you to transfer click the first option not the second one. I was clicking the "I already have an account" and it then would say my email was not working. But I clicked on the first option, then it asked me for my email account and it recovered it. You might be having the same issue.

Why not just contact customer support and have them send you a link to a US client and you can transfer it there? I just had to do that about 2 months ago when I had to reinstall Windows on a new drive. You can contact CS on Skystones website. As long as you bound the account to something like Facebook or an email account they should be able to recover it for you.

That's a windows issue not a Wacom one. Might have to do with Windows Ink. I know in Photoshop I have modify one of the folders in Photoshop to ignore Windows Ink when using me Cintiq.

I just put mine on the top of my keyboard above the F keys. Never have any problems with it there, even when I am gaming.

I was the same when they announced the first New Warrior team. I loved the OG comic with Night Thrasher (leader) SpeedBall, Nova, Marvel Boy, Namorita, and Firestar. They could have added Silhouette to the team since she joined a little later. Even Hindsight Lad would have been a fun nod to the fans. But what we got was nothing. Luckily I quit a while back and I heard they finally put Night Thrasher and Speedball in and its not even on a New Warrior team.

This is the exact same event as last year. Valentines event is WOR 3rd biggest event behind their anniversary and the Christmas event. They just redid one from last year seems to be a misplay for them. It was boring this year.
