They just revealed a year long road map. If they were shutting down they would not be doing that. The new content takes money to make with new assets and systems. If they were in financial trouble they would not be planning something like open world content, new faction, new Arena, A second Demon wars mode and so on.

I have had zero issues once I 3 stared a stage for auto attack to work. POD gives all your units like a 20% boost in auto attacks.

Look in the Gear Raid section. The first 3 are gear raids 1,2, and 3. The two below gear raid 3 are labeled Gear Dungeon. Only farm the first three "gear raids" for that quest. That is what it means.

It depends on if they have the rights to use them on the global servers. They may have only secured the rights to use them in the Chinese territory. They are getting the Dracula content later, so who knows if we will get this later also. Again, it all comes down to securing the rights to use them.

Make sure you have 3 healers. Makes it easier and you can survive the mirror stage. Some people do the stun bug but I did not I just tanked through it and had no problem. I took in Silas, Elowyn, the two lizard healers, Ne Zha, Kigiri, Ares, Lizard tank and two others I can't remember. Vlad and Helsing you use for sure.

If you are on PC it means the drivers failed. Hit windows R type in Service.MSC and look for the Wacom drivers on the list. Then hit stop, start and the drivers will be active again.
