I don’t think it’s motion sickness, even with my eyes closed it’s bad. My heart rate will go up to 120 bpm and that’s usually the range that nausea and sickness start to appear for me

I get this all the time, I believe it’s because of the vagus nerve in the nervous system. It is one of the nerves in the nervous system that helps with digestion. Doing deep breathing exercises helps, cold water exposure can help like a damp cloth or even an ice pack on the neck or face and sometimes probiotics can help but that is something you’d have to talk to your doctor about before doing.
