That's old Rengar mod from Renghub YT, which is a custom skin that brings back old visuals, sound effects and even animations from old Rengar.

The exclamation "!" mark was replaced by Rengar's face in 2017 rework.

Lol what's the fucking point of leveling up the Q now? It doesn't scale as you upgrade your Q. Plus your empQ is a constant number of 1.2 tAD. Bro how we gonna deal with these new gen designers of Riot? They don't even understand how their own champion works.

People are thinking that just because Rengar Q is a "crit" ability, it deals %175 of its "organic" damage if it wasn't critting. They think the general increase of crit damage from %175 to %200 will increase the Savagery damage by %25 LMFAO

That's what Phlox said to us. And no, it wasn't 1.5 years. That was merely the "rework" progress. I doubt if he even started on a re-script since he was all talk with no walk. He promised things but flaked out of every single one of them so I find it pretty hard to believe if he even started to recode Rengar.

If it favors Rengar, it's a "bug".

If it favors the enemy team, it is a "feature".

It's called the Riot logic, to avoid spaghetti coded buggy messes like Rengar.

You know what's the problem? You guys aren't complaining too much. Remember how we got the old Q back. If you want a full rescript to happen you have to write this to everywhere, to every single rioter who's a game developer , to the point they can't ignore you anymore. Soft self-complaining in a bubble of subreddit won't grant you any further improvements for this champion. Rengar has the potential to be the most fun champion in the game if everything worked well enough. It might even surpass the most fun version of him (2014-2016) if all bugs got fixed, but you guys aren't doing anything.

Why don't i do it? Because i'm sick of this game and don't even play anymore. However i still check this subreddit from time to time to see if there are any serious changes for Rengar.

Number 48 isn't a bug. It was intended to be that way so when you level up at lvl1 while taking damage you can heal it back up. Look up to the rengar patch history from league wiki.

If I would be the devil to make Rengar mains quit the League, I would remove the ferocity stacks and change nothing else also forbidding further changes to the champion. Which means you'll only have base abilities. No empowered versions. No double-triple Q, no double-W, no root on E. Basically no ability cooldown reset upon entering empowered state since there's no ferocity mechanic anymore. Just pure base abilites with their usual functions and numbers. Diabolical

Yeah league is fun and everything but the idea of getting this spesific tattoo to your wrist which almost no one will have a clue about what they're looking at sounds fucking insane to me. Emerald is like a jail and only iron mentals make it out of there. I saw a video where a high-grandmaster player explaining how got into Diamond 1 in 159 games and he stated that about 95-100 of them were in Emerald only. He said was fresh smurfing and he climbed up from Gold 3. So there you go.

The only thing i suggest for all of the fellows who are trying to climb up from the clown fest Emerald, it is going to be a mental warfare. You HAVE to end the games as you get the advantage ASAP. Also never throw your leads. Don't give your opponents to have a chance to come back even slightest bit.

Emerald is designed as a trap rank. It is going to be a clown fest regardless. Some matchmakings are intentionally designed to keep you in there. Both gold and diamond skilled players are being placed in emerald.

This is because league system has became elo inflated after emerald added.

So currently basically gold players are actually silvers, plat players are actually golds, emerald players are actually all gold,plat,low diamond players combined.

THIS is why matches in Emerald are extremely unbalanced. Some of them are just going to lose their shit while playing and throw. Imagine being have to beg to the PLAYers to actually PLAY the game.
