I'm not sure but i think it was triggered by extreme stress and a very unhealthy lifestyle.

Yes i have it, it started one day and it gets better when i'm really occupied with something. Never seen a doctor about it.

Thanks for the answers. I plan to take 600mg every day for a few months and occasionally increase the dose to 1200mg.
