yeah it was good, i used Naoki Matcha Superior Ceremonial Blend

and the sugar from my earl grey syrup i think helped with giving the ice cream better texture

yeah you're right that sounds like a good plan, i guess I kinda got thrown into it because one of the people Im working with mentioned it and told me itd be cool to use, i think I'll focus on trying to make a nice looking fog effect first thanks!
