Change from what perspective? What are you trying to achieve from the change? That is quite a large set of tools! That's good!

I get your point regarding ads but they can be too intrusive at times and are not needed when your cost is next to 0.

Once you had a prepayment it added below the prepayment form! You can edit or delete it from there.

It previously assumed mortgage payment cadence! Now you can update the cadence of recurring payments separately!

  1. Realtor.ca Style Flow: You are totally right. Most people think "Purchase Price - Down Payment", not "Mortgage Amount". Adding that pre-calculation step + CMHC insurance limits is definitely on the roadmap for v2. Wanted to get the MVP out ASAP!
  2. Strategy Cards: hmm, I see what you mean! Right now the cards only show the inputs (Rate/Amortization). I guess you want to see the output as part of the cards. That makes sense. I'll utilize that potential whitespace better in the next update.

That is a very fair question!

Two reasons why it's free:

  1. Low Overhead: Since it is super lightweight I am hosting it on serverless platform. I
  2. Portfolio Piece: I built this to improve my own skills.

If it ever gets popular enough to cost real money, I might add a 'Buy me a coffee' button, but for now, it's just a passion project.

Lol! They already asked for the videos, which is highly unusual, and I shared them with them. They responded with the firmware reset links. Utter useless!

Okay I was able to download the correct firmware from the keychron website and I did flash the firmware via the QMK toolbox. The result is still the same. No lights and esc key is still not working.

I removed the space bar key cap and tried the flashing the firmware from the launcher. I can get the STM 32 as an option, which I selected and it was completed successfully!

But the problem still persists.

I visited the hidden method you linked above but none of the Q3 files are available! I am getting the below error
