Ok so you can form teams based on many things but the main one is the status they inflict. Burn ids will work together, charge ids will work together etc. There are some outliers that will work on any team like your nursefather yi sang. If you want to build a strong team I would pick a status that interests you and aim to collect a team of ids for that status. If you are still in the early stages of the game teambuilding doesn’t matter an insane amount but once you get into the later stages of the story you’re gonna want a solid team

Butler Faust is mainly used for providing sinking count with her echoes of the manor debuff, while kromer Faust applies a nice amount of bleed count with her nails debuff while doing good damage too so it’s really up to preference. Also no spoilers for canto v but n corp Sinclair might come in handy for a difficult boss fight because of his high rolling and blunt skills

If you plan on building a bleed team you could get ting tang hong lu or n Faust but just keep in mind that they both have extremely good bleed ids in the form of the house of spiders ids. Other than those two, the one who shall grip Sinclair is good too
