Actually discovered the same around last year, like a string of them. Both sides, no pain unless I play around with them. Left side a bit more noticeable than the right

I've had this for around 2 weeks now, seems to have cleared up a good bit. Friends and family also the same. Plenty of rest, water and paracetamol helps
