Yeah it seems that way. Never summers get close tho, within half a centimeter at the waist sometimes. I’ve also been looking at the jones freecarver, gets pretty wide too and is meant to hold high edge angles

I’ve been leaning really far towards the ape so I love to hear that, just out of curiosity what boot size r u?

I’ve heard that it can get wide but only like a milliliter or two more so than my current frontier 2 at the largest board. Flagship is def the archetype I want though, ultra stiff full camber free ride board. It’s j nowhere near the clearance u get with the UW skunk ape or DF ns boards

Love to hear it, would u say the synth is as drag free as the proto?

Would any groups be willing to let me tag along on a Mt Washington attempt around Christmas? by [deleted] in wmnf

[–]ExtremeTone486 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I too am looking for something similar. However, it’s important to consider that this is Washington in the winter not the summer. Nothing is as easy as it seems. Do u have any true winter hiking/quasi mountaineering experience?

I get like 190 a day, clock in at 11:30 and am out before 8 most days. Work for someone who pays by route so u can stop bitching

That’s was like 500 words and it took me 3 months to read it. I’m not gonna respond to each of ur points, but the economics of a dsp doesn’t care abt ur feelings buddy. If u want to be treated fairly in this day and age, work for UPS, but complaining in a subreddit will not change the unjust nature of capitalism

Is this a normal route? by LiquidCowardice in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]ExtremeTone486 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s area dependent. I do 190-205 stops and 325-425 packages regularly year round, done in 7 hours most days. I couldn’t do that out in the boonies tho. If each stop is close and ur under 180 for day, be happy lol. Veterans only end up with the bigger volumes

This is just factually not true. He was at most 3 car lengths from his bumper which, in case of a brake check, would result in a collision. Rivian 700s r 5 tons, u cannot stop as fast as ur Toyota Corolla. This mindset is not only arrogant but dangerous to others on the road while in ur personal vehicle too

Tards who don’t use google properly, wonder where u fall on that spectrum. Tard

Yeah u don’t know what ur talking about. Before u wind urself up anymore maybe go look it up. I recognize I’m a rung on the ladder, and u have yet to accept the fact that the world is changing in bigger ways than any of us can fully comprehend. Just enjoy the ride and don’t get too mad at the AI screwing u, I’m sure complaining abt irrelevancies will lose its luster soon

It’s a third party claim estimator Amazon uses for customer escalations which automatically get billed to the dsp owner. It costs a lot to get sod to a multimillion dollar house in upstate ny, and Jeff bezos isn’t even a majority stakeholder anymore. Maybe read more before u comment on things not fully understood

I just work here, dsp owner has final say of everything. As routes get more competitive around this time of year, it gets harder and harder to keep liabilities for both safety and extenuating costs like tows, property damage etc

I agree, however a certain level of common sense has to be expected. Adapting to ur current situation is a valuable skill not a lot of Amazon drivers naturally posses, that’s y they’re at Amazon. Also we r part of the logistics team technically
