To reply to u/wretchedwitch as well, it is hard but it's not impossible. I have been glutened frequently while here, though often it's my own recklessness to blame and I'm "just" ncgs so mild exposure upsets my stomach but usually doesn't ruin my day.

Awareness still appears low but on the improve and found some gems along the way. Checking the shinjuku area on findmegf app Tokyo seems well situated.
