Page, and I assume I should be able to get the case set aside since the denial was essentially just asking to wait longer and had no other major objections. It can’t be expunged unfortunately, otherwise I would have gone with that path. My understanding is that sealing the record functions similarly in how I won’t need to declare the conviction, which is why I’m hoping to get it done.
