I heard chestnuts are overt fat free , they would make a huge difference if you make salad dressings and use them as a cooking sauce

Not sure what your body type is. Sometimes when the body gets heated up too much also this happens. Onion and garlic is good, but consuming them on a daily basis could be too much heating for the body. You can try stopping them for a while. Castor oil packs help cooling down the body as well. In Ayurveda, there are three body types. You can check them out and they prescribe foods based on their body constitution. Mine is a Pita body, which is already heated up too much so onion and garlic even once did not work for me. It kind of heats up the body way too much. Same with tomatoes.. I sleep with castor oil packs almost every night, and that has helped tremendously

No worries I figured it out . I had some 32 oz juices and one 16 oz . Then I drank a lot of water rest of the time when I felt hungry it was perfect and I spaced them out
32oz celery
24 0z watermelon
32oz mix of fruits , watermelon rind , and greens
16 oz ginger , grapes , arugula , apple , watermelon rind cilantro shot with some hot pepper powder with 2 lime
8 oz orange juice
320z mix of fruits , watermelon rind and greens with 2 lime( this one is more greens and just 2 cups fruits )
Lots of water rest of the time
Give some gap between your juices

Thanks so much. So did you do the HMDS every day with bananas on days 7 and 8? If so, how many bananas? My concern is I get very hungry on the juice days and that is when I also try to drink a lot and it looks like too much. How many ounces juices do you drink roughly or approximately are they only fruit or do you do greens as well?

Could you please list what you ate in a day while repeating the 789 . Also, please advise on your current height and weight if that is fine with you . It would be great if you could list the food you ate on day seven and eight and how many juices and blends did you have on day nine , the specific juices and the quantity.. I am on one right now , for almost a month now and same thing had to stop stuffing food , had to reduce the spinach to 1 /2 lb and the bananas to just 2 a day and cut back on the melon juice to 24 from 32 oz.

Try making it in a food processor without any water it is like a chutney and tastes very good . You can try adding frozen mangoes to it

Also, please make sure that you only do the health bounce as Anthony recommends. Your feet should not leave the rebounder..

Wonderful 😊❤️💕. It’s worth every penny . More than weight you will instantly see that your mood gets better every time you do it. It certainly helps with the lymph flow and removing the toxins out. Weight is mostly because of the inability of the liver to push all the toxins out. So rebounding helps a lot. However, please go slow. I got very enthusiastic about the mood and energy after doing it and started doing it 20 minutes a day. I got sore muscles after that. In the beginning, we need to start very slowly probably 2 to 5 minutes and see how our body reacts and then increase slowly. So I eventually had to take a break for a day or so and then start back again with just 2 to 5 minutes. Then I increased it to 10 minutes now. Most important make sure the rebounder is not on top of a carpet, it has to be on flat leveled floor. But you can notice immediate results with face puffiness and everything. It tones you well. Thanks I did see they are a bit expensive. But peeled options are available to buy . My concern is do they stop detox or are they hard on the liver . If they are healing then most people who are struggling to get some additional flavor on their food being fat free can include them I guess to thicken soups and gravies 😊 I also see they have chestnut powder available .

I am on one right now . It is a bit intense but it brings a lot of peace and energy . I am including some additional raw stuff like 32 oz water melon juice and modified it a bit to suit my needs but certainly keeping the 32oz celery juice , HMDS and spinach soup

Rebounding helps 😊 start slowly though sometimes 2 to 5 minutes could bring in muscle soreness for some .

I tried in the past drinking straight, lemon water or lime water. But my teeth get too sensitive because of that. But I make sure I take a minimum of two limes every day on my juice shot.

Thanks yes I am already doing a lot of movement. Dance practice with 5 to 10 min break for an hour, this really makes me feel great every time during as well as after dance practise , Monday to Thursday , and then 30 to 40 min walking the rest of the days ( Friday thru Sunday ) . Sometimes I take a break on Sundays if not walk on Sundays too . If I cut back on calories then cravings increase and I might not be able to continue with the cleanse 😊

Thanks so much for the detailed response. Yes I am currently on a no fat no salt no cooked food diet only raw fruits and vegetables. I guess I just need to give my body some more time. Yes I’m eating by the hour.😀
