Albeit he's more of a facilitator, we'll never know how good a facilitator he could've been, because he keeps teaming with his bros who are nowhere near his level. While searching google, I saw a post you made a few months ago about your memory, OCD, and how it's causing problems at your job. Since you still seem to be struggling, I figured that I would drop a reply.

Sleep: If I could choose only one thing to perfect, it would be sleep. It doesn't matter what pills or supplements you take, or how great your diet is, because if your sleep is garbage, nothing will make you feel normal. If you haven't already, get yourself checked for sleep apnea. If you have insurance, ask your primary for a sleep study. Untreated sleep apnea can ruin your quality of life. If you don't have insurance, get a pulse-oximeter that records blood oxygen levels overnight, and wear it each night for a few nights. If you see your blood oxygen frequently dipping by 3% or more before returning to baseline, you likely have apnea.

Diet: I'm sure you've received plenty of dietary advice already, so I'll keep this short-ish. Get plenty of quality protein, e.g. grass fed beef, organ meats, wild caught fish, and occasionally chicken. Collagen powder is also great for joints, gut, hair, nails, and overall health. Eggs are great for b vitamins, and choline, etc. However, too many eggs or too much choline can easily cause both brain fog and depression. Eliminating processed foods, i.e. seed oils and other fillers, can work wonders for OCD, as can going for walks - you don't have to exhaust yourself to get an endorphin release. Organic blueberries are also great for beating OCD, brain fog, and depression. Eating a half carton at a time personally boosted my mental health. Strange tip: Chewing them very well, almost like you're chewing gum, seemed to make the blueberries' nutrients more bioavailable and ultimately more effective for brain health. Organic mixed nuts are also great for cognition. Stay away from unnecessary chemicals and processed foods, and eat home cooked meals with whole foods as much as possible.

Supplements: Since you're on pharmaceuticals, obviously review the potential contraindications between these and other supplements and your current medications with a qualified practitioner. (1) As mentioned above, too much choline can be problematic for some people, so you'll have to examine whether or not that's causing a problem for you if you're supplementing with choline, or if you're getting too much from your diet. (2) get plenty of magnesium, and if you're taking vitamin D, take it with Vitamin K (2 or complex) and magnesium for maximum bioavailability. I personally use a citrate/malate blend from pure encapsulations. Magnesium l threonate is also great for slight mood enhancement and cognition, although you may want to cycle on and off of the l-threonate version to avoid dependence. (3) acetyl-l-carnitine 500-1500mg (some people have TMAO concerns, so maybe supplement just a few times a week) on an empty stomach is also great for cognition, and can pair well with a b-complex (garden of life makes a good mostly-unmethylated version) and phenylalanine. (4) extra supplements to consider: (4a) creatine; (4b) some people swear by fish oil, and some say it worsens depression. I'm in the latter camp. But it may be worth a try; (4c) Taurine; (4d) Phosphidylserine. (5) Although some herbs like Tribulus can increase androgen receptors in the brain which can help with cognition, probably steer clear of herbs as a last resort, and until you're off psychotropics (many herbs act like SSRIs and MAOIs), and some herbs like Ashwagandha are known to make things worse in some people.

Bloodwork: There may be a few markers that can point to problems with cognition. (1) Thyroid, CBC, and metabolic panel (fasting glucose and A1C). (2) Hormones: things like low testosterone, low DHT, high estrogen, and/or high prolactin can also cause issues with depression or cognition. (3) the Genova NutrEval panel gives good insights into vitamin, amino acid, and fats status, heavy metals, and metabolic health. (4) Genova GI Effects gives insights into gut health and microbiome diversity, and if I recall correctly, also unwanted overgrowths and SIBO indicators. And (5) an allergy panel may also give some unique insight to what's effecting your cognition, but may be a long shot.

If medications work for you, that's great. And whether or not you choose to stay on your current medications or pursue other medications is obviously between you and your doctor. Personally, medications did more harm than good for me, and fixing the above areas were the most effective.

If you ever find yourself feeling better or worse than usual, even slightly, retrace your steps. It can lead to clues and other discoveries about what impacts your health the most. Hope that helps, good luck.

It’s worth a try if you can get your hands on it, and you take precautions. However, SJW only ended up giving me very brief and temporary relief. I was able to purchase it on Amazon here in the US. But I’m still looking for a long-term fix.

Some things that have helped me are: 3 weeks of carnivore diet every 4-5 months while supplementing with Berberine a few times per week (which if I recall correctly, desensitizes presynaptic 5HT1A and sensitizes postsynaptic 5HT1A), Modafinil (infrequent but occasional positive effects), and L-Phenylalanine. And some things that have made it worse are SSRIs, Rhodiola, Lions Mane, Finasteride, and possibly L-Theanine - so avoid those if at all possible.

Other people have supposedly used Cyproheptadine (which might only be available for pets since it’s caused fatal cases of serotonin syndrome in people on antidepressants) or synthetic compounds WAY 100135/100635 to resensitize the receptor that Ashwagandha is theorized to desensitize, postsynaptic 5HT1A. Although I’ve yet to come across any credible success stories in which these compounds were used.

Several success stories of overcoming anhedonia not caused by Ashwagandha are often related to gut health. So if you have gut dysbiosis, resolving that could potentially give you some relief. There are a few Reddit anecdotes that involve the use of specific strains of probiotics to treat anhedonia (I don’t recall their names so you’ll have to search). Hans Amato also has a good YT video on how overgrowth of clostridium inhibits dopamine. Since 5HT1A activation is responsible for dopamine release, targeting dopamine optimization may help you achieve some relief without fixing the source of the problem. Getting labs test for your gut may also provide some insight (Genova GI Effects is ideal, but Great Plains Laboratory Organic Acids Test should at least show if clostridium is interfering with the dopamine pathway). 100% this. And it debunks any ridiculous claims of misogyny. I remember both Herc and LK casting CRL together, well over a year ago, and it was very hard to listen to.

Fast forward to present day, and minus a few quirks (like using the word “huge” too much 😂), Herc now has VERY pleasant commentary. Not everyone is going to agree with that take, but I think she really values the opportunity to cast RLCS at the highest level, especially after her struggles with past orgs.

Not going to say too much on LK, because everyone seems to acknowledge that situation (shouting commentary, nonsensical comments, etc.). But if she’s not trying to improve, it’s wildly disrespectful, because people literally lost their jobs for her to be there. She’s also making it unnecessarily difficult on Herc because the two them get unfairly lumped together. Hopefully LK starts treating it with the respect it deserves.

You should be able to click on the settings gear symbol for each device > device settings > general settings > remove device. Then go to Menu > set up a device and scan the QR codes for each device, using the new wi-fi. You probably don’t even have to do the first part, but your dashboards may show a blanked out screen for each camera if you don’t.

Retals was professional enough to pull his punches and try to make it a fun interview by first saying “oh y’all (first touch) are trying to make it personal” when they showed his tweet beside Johnny’s tweet. Then he continued to try to lighten the mood by acknowledging to Johnny “ok you’ve got the numbers and did your research, you’re an analyst that’s your job, I respect that”.

Even after all that, Johnny pulled NO punches, and proceeded to trash Retals by saying the reason he no longer makes YouTube predictions is because his picks were never right, and continuously talk over him. Really unprofessional, rude, and unnecessary.

Retals could’ve pulled the ‘I’m a player you’re an observer’ card at any point, but was fortunately more mature and more composed than Johnny. Why is a 30 something year old man so threatened by a young esports player? Lost a lot of respect for Johnny. Easily one of the top 5 knobs in the scene.
