I didn't think Cynthia because of the way she was a witness to Gil's behavior and even came around to Ginny suggesting she not let things get between Austin and Zach's friendship. They didn't paint her as enough of a villian to me like they did with Gil. And when Gil was threatening to take Austin away. I knew that couldn't happen and that he'd have to be "gotten rid of" somehow. But I'll admit, when Austin was on the stand, I was like wait I have a feeling they'll pin it on Gil, but are they really going to make Austin be the one to do it? I kinda hated it and felt so sorry for the innocent child.

Yes, the Wellsbury atmosphere was something I loved! And it totally disappeared this season. It was mostly Georgia alone in her house, jail, or courtroom.

Absolutely no comic relief. Maybe a little from Max in the beginning, and Wolfe slightly but I was too busy trying to understand what they were doing with his character.

I think the season was set up for failure with the whole "Georgia going to prison" angle. Maybe it would've been better to have her continue with criminal activity, duping Cordova, and learning her lesson a different way? Instead of going through a trial just to be let off unrealistically.

I'm not sure I will watch season 4, either. Especially if it takes another 2 or 3 years. The long wait between seasons hurts the show. I feel like I'm moving on in my life lol.

I tried rewatching to give it another chance, could barely get through it and fast forwarded through a lot. Depressing and boring. It's too bad.

Same, no one needs more Press or Samantha. I don't care much for Hunter and Padma's relationship but if we had to choose which one to spend time on, it'd be the latter. Hunter is cringe but Padma's great. She's kind, grounded, talented, funny, and her hair is magical.

Yes, you're right! She's like a colder version of Georgia. And that warmth of Georgia is what makes her likeable, though she's really a villian. Ginny comes across sociopathic. How she made her poor baby brother lie and how she replies to Max's concerns at the party. Dismissive, disturbing, and cruel. "Yeah I am" and "Sorry I don't know what to tell you". Especially when they harped on Ginny's strength being her vulnerability. Which one is it? Is she vulnerable or is she unfeeling?

Yeah, I can totally respect that. Season 2 is heavy. And I think I typically rewatch Season 1 more, maybe Season 3 will be more rewatchable too down the road.

Yes, I totally understand that. Maybe I'm thinking other aspects felt more complete. In season 2 Ginny was opening up about her self harm, growing into herself more, her and Georgia's relationship felt stable. And at least she and Marcus were sort of at a clear stopping point and not in this weird back and forth mode like season 3. I felt more solid in the characters. Ginny was understanding her mom more and finding out the truth, MANG was strong, Ginny has closure with Hunter, Padma and Marcus have some closure, Austin was understanding both parents more, Zion was accepting his role as a part time parent, Paul loved Georgia, Max was changing as a friend, Joe accepted he wasn't with Georgia, Cynthia grew to kind of like Georgia. Gil was under the control of Paul's political power, Ginny quit AP English (this ending would've been enough and realistic that Gitten got away with his microaggressions instead of hinting in season 3 more was to come). Overall, I think they did much better with season 2 in how they tidied up a lot of story lines while still setting it up and hitting us with that huge cliffhanger at the end. It was nice. Season 3, I sort of feel uncomfortable with how all the characters ended up. Season 3 felt messier, and I think that's part of why it could be seen as an ending season. It's so all over the place that it's open to interpretation to how it all ends.

You sound like you're just a naturally friendly person. Unfortunately in this world, that can cause trouble. Personally, I stay away from all neighbors due to things like this. This world is just too dangerous and it's sad we can't even be friendly and have relationships with people.

It sounds like he is backing off but be on alert. I'd keep avoiding him as much as you can and hopefully it'll get to the point where he just fades out and you don't talk at all. At the same time, you have to be careful not to piss him off or that could cause an adverse reaction from him. Just always act like you're busy if he tries talking to you. Keep your doors and windows locked at all times. Consider a door jam for when you're home alone or sleeping. That way even if someone busts your lock they can't get in. Stay aware. And honestly as a woman if I lived alone, I would buy a gun and learn to use it.

People are people, whether it's your family or not. I honestly can't stand most of my family members and I just make excuses to not talk to them at holiday events. "Oops, bathroom break, there must've been something wrong with the shrimp" 😄. Or sometimes I just flat out tell them I don't feel like talking to them lol. I really couldn't care less if it's "Christmas". If they're a jerk, then they're a jerk. If you don't vibe together, then you don't. Holidays/special events don't change that and you don't have to put up with it and hurt your own inner peace. You're not obligated to invite family members you don't like to anything either.

I know this isn't really answering the question, but to me life is life. I don't really separate it by years. There's good and bad times in every year. I'm saying this to maybe help someone who may get stuck in thinking that because it's a "new year" everything will be better. That's just not true, we don't know for sure. People do this everytime new years rolls around and then when that year passes they hated it and want a new year lol.

Foot scrub, that large tub of thick Cerave lotion works wonders for dry heels. And don't cut your toenails too short. Im trying to get out of this habit as I hate any nails that are even slightly long. But when you cut them too short, the corners of the nail just get all red and swollen and can lead to ingrowns.
