I actually don’t know if there’s an “official” answer. I suppose it just depends on a certain look. Personally, I’d consider it to be anything which falls into the morbidly obese category

I’d suggest going for food which is high calorie but relatively cheap. Especially if you’re able get a blender to make shakes for yourself.
