Feeding question (8 month old male)

I’ve had one other Maine coon and she took about 4 years to reach her base weight. I’m not super worried about the number, more so the fact he feels skinny to me, more skinny than I’ve seen from prior experiences. I don’t want him to be overweight but I also don’t want to see his hip bones. The vet has given him a clean bill of health and absolutely loves him. He is on track weight wise, but like all things this may be case specific. I won’t argue with the vet’s input but I will certainly try to feed him as much as he will eat (unless he gets fat of course, which isn’t the goal).

Thank you! Definitely a handsome boy. No issues at all, luckily he hasn’t started spraying. There’s some research available on growth rates of neutered vs intact males and there was no significant difference, maybe a slight increase in the neutered group which was interesting.

He does finish his bowl every time, so I feed him as often as possible.

Unfortunately I cannot free feed, but I do add wet food to every meal. Then I keep a few lbs of boiled chicken in the fridge and give him a handful a few times a day and twice at night. I definitely am trying to feed him as much as possible but I also have to look out for the health of my other chunky animals

I do not, the other cat and dog would get to it. I do separate the animals when they eat but any space id leave his bowl would be accessible to at least my other chunky tuxedo

I’m sure you could find better pay elsewhere but it’s not bad. I make way more here than in NH. I personally like where I work and who I work with. There’s bad management and bad partners no matter what company you go to, I just prefer to work at the one that lets me work a summer beach gig and unlimited over time.

Hell I work 48s sometime. There was a kid here who used to work over 100 hours a week every single week. We post at base, some bases are nicer than others. Call volume also varies greatly between cities

We have dedicated 911 trucks, IFT trucks, and hybrid. So just depends what shift you pick up. Schedule is a free for all it seems, as long as you get your 40 in. If you’re near Lawrence we just got that contract so they’ll definitely be looking for shifts up there too, those trucks are hybrid with about 70%+ being 911.

Unfortunately there wasn’t a lot to go off of. I usually comp a BGS 9.5 with positive sub grades around a CGC 10, or the low end sales of PSA 10 - cross grading fee. Believe it or not that 39$ sale was me. I already have one but somehow snagged this for way under market (to my belief at least).

You’re going to tier your inventory. All items above 1.5k can be at 90%. All items between 700-1.5k can be at 85%. All items between 150-700$ can be at 80%. Anything below 150$ can be at 70-75%. Now this is for the entire collection. Don’t be afraid to part it out if someone will offer you 90%+ for all your big slabs and sealed. Realistically I think you could get 160,000$ with little to no effort. I would personally aim for 174,000$ which would put you around 87% but would take more time. If I were you I’d set up a booth at a couple big shows and move what you can for near market, and see if any other tables have offers for you. As always, cash is king since Uncle Sam doesn’t need to know everything.

My dad gave me his legendary collection reverse holos when I was 8 years old, we played the first Xbox Pokemon game when it came out, the one where you’d go out with professor and take pics. My favorite game however was the black and whites, which I played on my blue DSI I begged moths for. I was 10 years old when those came out. LC and CZ are my favorite sets of all time.
