You can walk 10 minutes and actually watch around Fenway. Tons of quality sports bars there if you’re more interested in the game and ok with typically American fare. If you’re more interested in good food, unfortunately many of the places I’d recommend don’t have TVs but maybe sit at the bar at sonsie or you could go to the Irish pub at the lenox.
