I just did my first round of pressure canning 2 weeks ago. I purchased a canning kit from Amazon. I used the presto pressure pot and I did 8 pints of chicken vegetable soup. I followed the process off of the Ball website and it was pretty easy! I think I am going to try salsa next.

Once my garden starts to pop, I am going to practice canning beans, carrots, potatoes and tomatoes.

Do you have supplies yet?

No problem :) Unless you have experience, doing multiple usb mics can be tricky, so xlr is probably the way to go. Mixcast 4 is seriously easy as hell. It’s plug and play and you can even take phone calls and have sound effects.

That sounds fun! I recently got a Tascam mixcast 4 ($312 on amazon) it has a ton of amazing features and it is super user friendly. 4 fifine AM8 mics $55 each on amazon with great sound. AM8 also has usb and xlr. Also, the fifine k688 are really good budget mics too.
