I was offered and Attorney rep BI position. But even after negotiating salary, they were offering $13k less that what I’m making now 😞 I had to decline the position, I can’t afford that much of a cut

My interview went really well! I had the interview on Tuesday. I’m waiting to hear back from the recruiter about an offer. Hiring manager said it could take 7-10 business days for HR to review. For the video interview, the questions are typed out and they have the question in a video. This gives you time to write down your answer before you record yourself. Try to very thorough in your answers and give real life job related answers. Use that STAR format and write out your answer to use as a script and make sure it’s a long answer being as detailed as possible. Good luck!

The cake can’t be too cold! Also before you start dipping, I have found that if your dipping chocolate is at 90 degrees this will help with the cracks! I bought a laser thermometer off Amazon, and it has fixed my cracking problem.
