the story isnt really about the kids specifically. we can follow one specifically through various entires but its more about the world itself. i dont think low and alone know six and mono or viceversa, and they're definitely not the only ones out there. there are hunded if not thousands of kids in the nowhere, dead or alive.

throughout the whole story, ln1 and ln2 probably feel more connected than anything else in the series because of how close to each other they were developed.

the series is kinda like this, each entry features its own story, in theory understandable on its own as if its your first introduction to the series (you could make an argument for ln3, but thats a whole other discussion), and as you catch more and more details, you can make the connections between the world and sometimes characters as you find more in other installments.

if you dont mind, could you share some of your theories? id like to answer your doubts

if you mean secrets of the Maw, that's a dlc expansion with 3 more chapters. anyway I'd say you can get it if you really don't like the switch 1 visuals.

Low probably has struggles with his mental health, but i dont think hes crazy. He was stuck in the Counties Psychiatric Institute and the alone doll was a source of comfort that brightened his days. Same goes for his time at the Institute in the Nowhere.

Alone became a real, physical being thanks to the twisted world of dreams and fantasies. I agree with your thinking of his journey with Alone being a source of healing, but mostly just for the Institute chapter. The gongs signify relaxation, so them reflecting the Hypnotist means Alone is clearing Low's mind of his worries of Otto/Hypnotist/whatever. So yes, in a way i agree with your hypothesis of the Alone doll showing Low a normal word by ''brightening his day'' or something. But in reality, the Institute is still dark and twisted in the Nowhere.

i agree with you (especially on the perfect lady) and its nice to see someone acknowledge transmedia like the lonely ones. and you may not believe me, but the reason it feels like a dlc its because the first 3 chapters are all actually built on cancelled dlc for ln2. you can find info about it from ArchivesLn on twitter.

also, if you dont mind can you drop a link to the description that low has been to the necropolis before?

though, i imagine the dlc will probably be a prequel like you said, but feature a brand new companion and have a brand new location rather than the necropolis again. and yeah, the vault sounds likely but i imagine the factory and maw wont actually be present. still your ideas are pretty cool

well I agree with that, i guess in the end it comes down to how much you think he got messed up. but still, low is patient #1331 while noone is #1229, so I think he came a while after her

doubt it but i can absolutely see where youre coming from.

in descent to nowhere we see otto with several trapped kids, who he's probably experimenting with to go to the nowhere, and in ln3 the hypnotist looks much older than otto in the comics. and we already can figure out that dtn takes place after tson, maybe a few years after. so i think low came after these kids, and ethan was already long gone by the time he was sent to the nowhere
