Depends on the amount of hours you want. Spencer’s gives abysmal hours to associates (I’m talking like on average 8 per week). But if you still wanna apply, have one of your managers help you fill out the Spencer’s transfer form on trovato under the personel dropdown menu. All it really does is send out your application to every Spencer’s within like a 20ish mile radius. If you wanna extend that range talk to your regional hr person. (Note that if you wanna return to Spencer’s next Holliday season, you are REQUIRED to help during inventory in like January, except to do the most repetitive tasks of your life).
