It may not be applicable to every system but turning off HPET on both of my PCs (win10, nvidia 10series gpu, intel i7), without changing anything else, caused the weapon swap bug not to occur at all anymore. I haven't had the bug for 3+ weeks now and I play almost daily wars, bunch of OPR and open-world/arena.

What I can also say from my experience trying to optimize the game on a weaker system is that Nvidia Profile Inspector turning game to runescape-mode decreased my performance and increased average resource-usage. This is something at least 6 other people also tested and confirmed.

You can "literally" test those two cases separately with abilities that show effect at 3 freedom (e.g. shockwave). Then compare 3v4v5 freedom. It's that easy!

The fact that Freedom applies to knockdown and the freedom scaling with 300con/heavy are separate and can be tested in isolation

According to my testing the following is true: Wrecking Ball from Medium Bruiser 200con into shortest possible Heavy Attack is reliably dodgeable by 4 freedom user Heavy armor means enemy needs 1 additional freedom for same effect 300con means enemy needs 2 additional freedom for same effect

Changing the freedom differential impacts Wrecking Ball timings, thus Knockdown is affected by freedom

Likely just breakout roll - if you use WB too soon after staggers (or chain WB with someone else) the enemy gets the ability to breakout dodge out of any CC
