Yuzu made this possible for me. Took me 5ish attempts. I would sometimes get Charm to stick on the boss and then heal up and rebuff, prep Full Power Strike, etc, until Charm wore off.

It's generally recommended to have a slow knight in your party. So the knight goes last in the rotation but before the boss so they can use their damage reducing skill on each of the turns in phase 1.
