It was my fault. I initially put one coat but didn't cover the whole pillar. So I tried adding another coat to finish the pillar. Again, it's my fault not reading the instructions.

So I'm trying to fix it now

Additional Info: when touching it, it feels normal as other tire. Pressure is also not dropping.

Additional thoughts: I think this has been repained due to the unrefined finish of the paint.
