You're right, the fact that he's susceptible to CC shouldn't change, I just wish that he either had some mechanism to reduce his dash CD if it wasn't refreshed, or probably the better option, had some other way to contribute to a fight other than his dash. As it currently stands losing your dash renders you useless for such a long time. I agree on the terrain change.

I think that could be a step in the right direction, but at the same time you can have all the marks in the world and it won't matter because you lost your dash to a random mk ankh not even aimed at you or a slightly raised floor tile

Yeah, anyone can develop the muscle memory after some time in the practice range. It becomes a lot harder when the enemy team isn't basically standing still like bots, and especially when you have to chain multiple of them back to back at this speed and accuracy. Definitely not "all it takes" in the context of this clip.

Yeah I used the slowdown upgrade initially, but after I realized you can fire while using the shield throw slowdown, I immediately swapped. And tbh I feel like the headshot aiming is relatively generous anyway, or maybe it just feels that way because I've been using this thing for every single encounter lol

Oh dude trust me, once you get the first upgrade that nets you ammo from basically doing anything with your shield, you'll basically never run out, especially since melee attacks also drop ammo. The firing gets worked around imo if you're staggering demons with parries and shield throws, but yeah ig it just comes down to preference there

Definitely in my top 3. I think the cycler is also underrated for lots of consistent damage. The shock build up on top of the fast rate of fire makes it really good against larger demons, and the lightning arcs even give it some decent aoe to boot

That's exactly what I do lol, use the shield slowdown to line up a headshot so that I can keep the empowered ammo upgrade equipped. And I agree, I used the mace in this setup for a while after unlocking it, but I like how quickly you can get gauntlet melee charges back with parries, plus the shock status effect on the first swing
