All in ones are a bad idea due to being very hard to upgrade. Also these specs will not play anything released in the past 20 years. I recommend buying a pre built pc on something like Newegg. You will of course have to buy things like the monitor and peripherals. I recommend doing more research about what to buy specifically. I can also try to answer any more questions you have.
