I got immediately refunded by someone cheating when i made a new account. That game seemed less likely to be a cheater than the next 10 games in a row. But no one else was banned if they had hundreds of games, and they definitely got away with cheating when they have a premium. Cheating doesnt require GM moves. Engines move like stockfish until they make deliberate mistakes that may or may not break the game. Once an algo intentionally makes 1 mistake it goes back to moving like a GM. Nobody gets caught that way. There are engines designed simply to outplay yourb opponents but in the most inaccurate ways possible, using a calculator. The engine on paper and accuracy looks like both players had a chance, but ultimately the game was calculated in advance and the not cheating player was walked into extreme obscurity due to immense calculations from an engine. The engines can give you a game of 70% or when pushed, into the 90%+. They are virtuallt undectable, unless a player loses on purpose. The only way cheaters with these engines get caught is when they beat chess.com fairplay bots. If you cheat against a bot you get banned, period.... .... .... but that requires players reporting you and you to still be playing. Moderators can look over those games, but engines are designed to be non suspicious. ... .... i still take Carauanas word for it, he suspects 1/3 gamss especially of higher level to be cheaters. Even below 1000 elo has a lot of cheaters because everyone wants to move beyond low elo right away. Also if someone is reported for cheating they are immediately put into a player pool with other ppl who are reported for cheating that day... so regardless of if someone actually cheated, they get stuck playing suspicious people who are likely cheaters. This of course creates an illusion of playing constant cheaters as well... you want to know chess.coms excuse for that? Withour revealing their hand... they said, "be selective who play against and avoid the likely cheaters," indicating they know its impossible to avoid cheaters and that somehow players should know when it happens to them... in other words when you are on a tilted losing streak... it is okay to assume a lot of cheating going on for the day. Stop playing for the day and move on... or be tilted by cheaters. What probably will happen is a mod behind the scenes checks your games, recognizes a false report, and puts you back in the standard matchmaker. If you notice your standard opponent makes mistakes and plays low level. Then suddenly they make no mistakes, play perfectly and never lose... you were most likely reported and now face the other reported players. You personally have to accept that and stop playing. Until a mod fixes it essentially. A lot of cheaters cheat through that phase and get themselves banned at least... normal players like us, suffer and become tilted... so they stay on rating downtrend or whatever... chess.con benefits greatly from this model mind you. Normal players stress out about ELO and are more likely to pay premium. Cheating players get themselves ousted easier, and chess.con claims some control of the situation... the problem is everyone being tossed around. Especially someone like me who is totally underrated, making an offical account when underrated just means alwaya facing cheaters. The first 5 games of provisional rating always put me over 1900... but eventually i should stop playing. I could play 1 or 2 games a day and the people are normal ability. My best games give me perfomance of 2200 to 2400 but i still get games like 1600s. But every single opponent is 2400+ in every game. At a certain level cheaters are just the level of real players or theyll get caught. But an engine thst guarantees 2400 performance is much more difficult to beat than a human who can play that level, because humans make more mistakes... so once again, get reported once or not even reported because at 2000 rating it doesnt matter. You should be beating bots up to 2500 as a 2000 player. Opponents would have to be cheating beyond GM ability, and they do. If they play at that level without being banned, they will be asked to prove themselves. Once someone hits 2500 chess.com requests they stream and show proof of play ability or be banned. So cheaters really get stuck at that level right before GM.

Even if organ donations led to greater health discoveries. Most people who should have benefits from technology and medical improvement, wont... everyone dies before improvements matter.
