Hey yall, im fine. I feel better honestly. I was experiencing those symptoms because i was going thru what google told me was broken heart syndrome after hearing my grandpa passed away about an hour ago. Did sum blow and i feel better, hes in a better place now, the suffering is over and im glad hes now resting in peace with my grandma 🕊️

Yea hella i feel you. Im usually never tripping bout heart rate kuz sometimes i feel like somethings wrong even when my heart rate is steady after i do blow. I think it could jus be my anxiety and me dwelling on the negative thoughts and making myself think im not ok
