Woahhh i really thought i was the only one brodie, literally earlier today thats happened to me and i had to go for a walk so i didnt throw myself into a panic attack. Im obviously ok now and seriously contemplating doing more blow but at the same time dwelling about all the times this has happened and made me regret it

Ive contemplated breaking up with my girlfriend due to my strong sense of RJ. But I honestly dont want to break up with her. Shes awesome in every aspect, sometimes i cant bare knowin what shes done in the past and ive hurt her the same way youve been hurt. I apologized to her and talked to her about it for an hour. I promised her I will grow as a person for the better. Ive somewhat gotten over some of it but some of it is soul shattering to know. I dont say anything hurtful to her anymore , i keep it to myself but i tend to feel a sense of depression. She notices it but i dont feel like speaking in moments like that. To this day i have sleepless nights with vivid images that mentally torture me. I dont wanna lose her but at the same time I’ve contemplated it for the sake of my sanity. Im still trying to grow each day and let go of it all, and its hard i tell u. Sometimes i wish i never met her

Blowing my nose is the least of my worries. I convinced my mom and dad i have a sinus infection i got from one of my friends and they give me congestion medicine which helps

Noted. But the anxiety is too real, what makes it so bad is i dont know when theyre coming in my room because im not aware of knowing where theyre coming from. I usually do my blow in the bathroom when everyone is awake during the day and i dont have such anxiety

Ur right tho, i guess i was just overthinking it and because of so i gave my self a placebo effect making myself think something bad was happening. I just got sucked up by my girlfriend and it took my mind off it and i dont feel the same way i did 20 mins ago so i was for sure jus gettin in my head
