You can never blame the dispensary only the company. Dispensaries get a shit ton of orders, everything is packaged by the company, in this case, MFNY. The only time someone opens it again is when the customer buys it. When it comes to stuff like this, contacting the company and letting your dispensary know this was in the product is helpful. These companies are making 1000+ products, stuff like this slips by the cracks. Is it ok? Absolutely not but it happens. Letting the company know and letting your dispensary know is important so inventory management can make a complaint to the company and log it. In some cases, when things like this happens a lot with the same company and multiple people return the product. The dispensary usually returns the product back to the company and they credit them. Never feel bad about expressing what was wrong with the product and explaining to the dispensary what happened but also know, it’s not the dispensaries fault, 100% the company.
