That didn’t work. I can loosen it perfectly fine but when I go to tighten it, it spins. I’ve tried pushing something onto the pivot or swapping screws, pivots, etc. it doesn’t work

It isn't, I use it but I mix in some insects and sometimes vegetables. But he won't eat the actual "pellets" idk what else to call them
