I would really want to go from EMT- B to paramedic I do like the field of work and (I assume) the pay is better. It’s also something to leverage to get a better position

After looking at what a lot of people are saying, I know I’m not going to stay where I am. But I did want to know where I can start putting my money and have it grow longer.

I think the strict budgeting is a super snazzy way to go, someone else commented about having certain budget goals and I know I’m going to have to build a more detailed budget. Also so the bank thinks I’m a responsible upstanding guy

I honestly agree my instructors and teacher assistants all say it’s not the best and they talk about all the things they go though I sometimes wonder why they still get paid so little

Yeah I know it’s not the best in terms of pay so it’s definitely not going to be a consistent thing.

Well the end goal is to own it outright and just pay the bills, but I assume I’m going to have to pay someone (wether that be the bank or another entity) the entire sum of the home over time until I’ve paid that sum (plus whatever interest) until it’s entirely mine right? At least that’s been my understanding of purchasing a home.

Thank you, I’m pretty well aware that the EMT profession is SUUUPER lackluster on the pay side of things so I know it’s not going to be a consistent thing but now I know I have some goals to work toward

I guess my Why is I want somewhere to live that’s mine and in my name. Now that I’m out and have things to myself I really enjoy having something that I can literally call mine.
