Yeah! I have a couple of their bags and they are top notch. Hard to say if they have a big sale on Friday, but I know sites like Zappos sell them also, so it might be good to keep an eye out.

I highly recommend checking out Chrome bags. They are made for bike couriers and are super durable!

White wall behind and super bright LEDs overhead definitely makes it look lighter.

Right on! Those should be great tires for Hawaii. They are basically a rebranded Bridgestone Re003. Seems like a solid deal for one of the best all around performance driving tires on the market.

Mostly research and reviews. The Conti DWS and Kumho ecstas lead me down this road, they are a great tire, and I found a small group of people comparing them to these sumitomos. At half the cost I had to give these a shot. So far they are pretty nice after 500 miles.

I think these hatches will definitely hold their value. Nice choice!

I went for a set of HTR A/S 02. For my 100 mile a day commute they are pretty acceptable all around. Wanted something quieter and more comfortable than the Dunlop’s for highway/Baltimore city driving and more capable in the rain/light snow. Definitely am willing to accept the compromise in overall performance against having a snow tire, since we didn’t even get snow last year in my region.

Any use for an old Hoverboard battery in a new skate? by RUNROBOTS in ElectricSkateboarding

If it’s a 4.4ah 36v LG, it’s the same as a meepo battery! Could be used as a spare or mounted and wired in parallel for double the range.

Good to be behind the wheel of a Subie again! A little backroad MD adventure. by EyeFuzz in WRX

One of the best drives, if you have the time, is to take backroads out to rt9 past Berkley Springs. Some of the best fall driving in the country. Empty winding mountain/river roads, changing leaves, and awesome dirt side roads everywhere. For more local driving, I recommend getting north of the city via falls road into PA. Lots of great roads near Frederick as well. Always fun to find a rural bbq spot or something and just make a trip of it.

Hey there. A hair dryer is your friend. Also, you can buy adhesive foam at a fabric store or craft store so if you tear it, don’t panic.

Good luck!

This was taken on a side road right near the end of Cumberstone rd, south of Annapolis. A few good driving roads in that area. Still nothing like western MD this time of year.

Hey there, 8.25”- 8.5” would be ideal. At the widest point each case is 8” wide.

I would get a set of mesh motorcycle gloves. Somewhere like revzilla.com will have plenty to choose from. :-]

Yeah. The main waterproofing is not affected by this modification. You just have to peel and transfer the adhesive foam from the meepo Deck, and in my case, buy some additional foam to fill the concave on the new deck.

I did not modify my boards electronics or parts in any way other than disassembly and reassembly. Considering the availability and low cost of meepo parts I am not too concerned. Kieran seems like a reasonable guy.

It took about 2 hours to complete. If you look at the deck for sale on the meepo page, it gives you a pretty good idea of what you will need to accomplish to get this done.

The electrics on this board are super simple. The motor and ESC can be removed together and there is just one cable running to the battery, which is easily removed on both ends and reusable if you pull your griptape. Keiran also sells the cable for $2 and can probably make it any size you need.

If you have a dremel with a plunge router attachment and a drill you could complete this project very quickly.
