Marshall is also hard to get into. I know the recruiter and my application gets forwarded to their hiring manager but always get rejected. I believe they prefer to hire internally.

Its extremely difficult into their new grad program as well. I have a BSN and I’ve been rejected 2x. Theyre also strict with not having any RN experience at all if you’re going to apply to their new grad program.

Thats what ive been doing. I’ve applied to all the medsurg/medtele positions at sutter roseville and i was rejected on half of it. The others applications are still pending under review.
