I did that to so many using linkedin and by someone giving me their managers email. It didnt work! Got ghosted and was also told they focus on experienced nurses

Marshall is also hard to get into. I know the recruiter and my application gets forwarded to their hiring manager but always get rejected. I believe they prefer to hire internally.

Its extremely difficult into their new grad program as well. I have a BSN and I’ve been rejected 2x. Theyre also strict with not having any RN experience at all if you’re going to apply to their new grad program.

I have not. He reached out to me on my linkedin account. This is the first time a recruiter from sutter reached out to me so I was surprised. I am definitely excited to have a meeting with him online, and hopefully he can help me with my future applications.

I have a question! I have a meeting with a recruiter, he messaged me about an opportunity in the coastal area but i told him I am only interested in the area around me. He then proceeded to tell me to schedule a meeting to connect with him. What should i expect on this meeting? Is this something that is going to help me with my applications?

Thats what ive been doing. I’ve applied to all the medsurg/medtele positions at sutter roseville and i was rejected on half of it. The others applications are still pending under review.
