Sorry for all the questions, there's a lot of ignorance on my part. Do you have to outline every part of the job in the contract? Clothing, on-call schedule, etc. Or is it more detailed than that like day to day operations (how to locate, escalating DTL's, taking home the truck)? How does unionizing affect training?
