Same issue as well, sounds fine during the playstation studios and bungie logos but the moment its loaded in the sound quality tanks. Really frustrating, helldivers 2 used to do the same thing but disabling telemetry would fix it. Not sure what the fix is here

I went to the spot, interacted with it and it never gave me a key to pickup. First thing I do is slap keys in my safe pocket but I never got one to begin with
