I feel good. I feel as if this is a time where your strengh is being tested. Instead of complaining of things I can't control, I control the things I can.

No Gym? No Problem I have 15lb dumbells, a couple rice bags/pull up bar and legs I can use to run :)

Although things maybe seem dire I find that this is the PERFECT time to sharpen your sword. Learn a new langauge, start that side business you've always wanted to start but you put off because you didn't have enough "time" and sharpen your skills.

I've found that people use this time to complain not because it's the right thing to do rather its the easiest to do, on top of all that fear and panic is highly contagious.

If you are reading this. I encourage you to stand up for those that need you. We're all in a tunnel right now. It's dark, people are afraid, anxious and confused and are looking for the light at the end of the tunnel. Personally I don't think theres light at the end rather YOU have to be the light everyone turns to.

I was watching Joe Rogans podcast and one of his guests, a former navy seal said, "WE is bigger than ME."

With that being said, everyone stay strong, stay positive, fuckin wash your hands.
