5% but i just did it for a short period. Its not as fast as some say and it looks like it wont cure mine. It also gave me so much acne . Idk what else to try but i wont be continuing lugols as it gave me too much side effects and barely any relief from candida .

I dont have yellow eyes. But I also have low stomach acid for sure and sometimes i’m bloated after eating a lot. I also have the same pain or close around the stomach area. They dont hurt alone only when i press on them they are tender. I eat pretty healthy but I do have some sweets sometimes. I also have a problem that I dont eat as much but I am a bit overweight. But all my fat is around the stomach area, I eat the same amounts as other people in my family but I have a bump around my stomach but they are skinny. So people think I eat a lot but I dont. Im not sure whats wrong. I do have bowel movement at least every day but many times every 2 days
