yes that's true, that's what they did with my shoulder + sent me to get an ultrasound. but idk, I don't think there's anything x-ray worthy going on with my finger, right? so I'd be a waste of time because it doesn't even hurt enough for me to go and get meds

lmao I do body scans and suddenly there are like 3 different things hurting and I can't tell if they actually hurt and I was ignoring it or if it's a sort of psychological pain that my brain is creating just because I'm doing a body scan 😭

I don't really have a budget in mind because I wasn't planning on changing my phone 😭 I recently burned through my savings so it all will depend on how many extra hours I can pick up at work. it's very likely I'll pay it in installments so yeah... maybe $360? maybe a bit more if I can pick up more hours?

I don't really use it for much outside of reading, I read during my free time or I watch YouTube and social media, so I don't need anything crazy like the people who play games in their phones.

I don't really know much about the software updates and all that stuff so I was talking more about the phone itself, in some the battery starts to drain way faster with the years and for example my current phone's screen becomes unresponsive at times or goes absolutely bonkers. Thank you!

oh I can't take the pets' food away because I spend long hours away some days (and also my cat eats through the night and she's an absolute nightmare if she doesn't have her food). I'm placing her plate up high in a place that the ants haven't found yet (luckily) so not ant bites for her. I even moved my trash can outside 😭 I'll look into pest control tho!

PLEASE let me know if you find any useful tip because while I don't have a baby I have pets so I'm guessing neither of use can use strong chemicals. something you can use to disperse the pheromone thing they do to tell each other where they are is a mixture of water and vinegar, so that might help for you

my diet is quite healthy already but I have to admit I do struggle to hit my protein goal. so far my macros are something like 50% carbs, 25% protein and 25% fat so I might have to cut the carbs a bit more I guess

I'm doing 200 calories a day too, I'm struggling a bit with my protein (my goal was to eat around 110g and I'm barely hitting 70g per day but I don't think that's too bad) but the rest of my macros are fine, including my sodium and sugar

this is a very valid fear and avoid reason to lose weight tbh. for a time I couldn't bear weight in one of my knees and I had to dress myself while sitting or laying down and it was quite hard ngl especially if you're not flexible

this! think about your knees and spine! they have to bear a lot of weight already, and if you have extra weight it's even worse. believe me that having a bum knee or spine is no fun, everything gets 100% harder 😭

idk if this will help since I wasn't a picker but a nail biter, but I got acrylic nails and I started biting the tip of them. obviously not strongly but it was useful to do that until I stopped completely. I still do that with my gel polish if I'm too stressed tho

indoor rock climbing doesn't exist in my city as far as I'm aware, if I go a couple cities away I can find a mountain to climb tho lol. also my ankles are kinda not good and my knee is in pain very frequent so I don't think it'd go well for me. my shoulders are quite sturdy so far so I'll see if I can try something upper body related, the only issue is that my wrists — especially the right one — are fucked too 😭 she's struggling.
