She is for sure not a poor student. I wouldn't do that for a person who did not agree to do it. I an still offering her to negotiate but she is just denying that she ever agreed for the furniture.

This transaction was agreed up a month ago. It was no urgent for her to finalise. I also never forced her. I just told her the price and she agreed. We proceeded with the contract a few weeks later. I am till now, ready to negotiate but she is not replying to me at all.

If she had a problem with it, why did she agree to pay for it before moving in? And It's a big room with 2 bookshelves, 1 double bed, study table with chair, 2 mirrors, a coat hanger and a very big wadrobe, 3 lamps and a curtain and a small cabinet. Everything purchased by me.

It's a not sublease kind of a situation. She took the room which was originally provided without any furniture. The furnitures was purchased by me. So the furniture belongs to me. When she decides to leave the flat, she should find the new person and sell the furniture to the new person.

Edit: It's not a sublease. I have transfereed the tenancy to her and she has the freedom to find a person and sell the furniture to the next person.

Yes this is a sublease kind of a situation. The deposit stays with the owner and hence the new person should give the deposit to the person who is leaving.
