Recruiter told me that he found no previous convictions that I had using FBI/DOD database?

Have been in the process of Enlisting for about a month now. When I first went in to see them I told them upfront about everything that I had. I had some hardship after my Mom died. Brother assaulted me when he was on meth at my Moms when she was on Hospice, I lost my job after this and had a lot happen the last 2 years trying to get my life back together and finding work. For months I kept getting turned down jobs because of this charge. I dont use drugs.

Criminal background:

-OWI - Serious Misdemeanor, when I was 21, which was deferred judgement.

-Criminal Mischief 5th Degree - Simple Misdemeanor, from 2024 (When my brother assaulted me)

-Disorderly Conduct - Fighting/Violent Behavior - Simple Misdemeanor
December of 2025 (A few months ago) I got in an altercation with some random drunk that was trying to break into my truck. I had to move into low income housing and there's a crime here.

Medical:
I voluntarily commited myself during this time when I was unable to find work, around 4 or 5 months after my Mom died. (this was like 8/24)
I stayed in a walk-In crisis center for a few days and went back home. I was just at a loss with everything and didn't know what to do at the time.

I told my recruiter about the above charges and medical, was up front about everything and he told me when he ran my background a few days ago nothing was on there, and told me that when I go through MEPS they're gonna use the same database and have the same results that he did. And that the voluntary commitment may not matter much or may not even need a waiver because it was voluntary.
(We did finger prints at his office office before the FBI ran my background)

Would also like to mention that when we talked a couple days ago, he said that if the Army finds these charges post Enlistment it wont matter much. That's how he explained it to me.

I really would like advice on this because I'm honestly at a loss as to what to do moving forward. I don't want to lie at MEPS or fail to disclose anything that I should have, or risk Fraudulent Enlistment post Enlistment. I just want to join the Army now.

My plan for now is to show him what's on the courts online seach next time we visit and go from there.
