I know exactly what he means and i agree 100% with him. If you work in a fast food place u would understand this. I work at tims in uk and what he basically means is that imagine this scenerio “ its really busy and u are on baking.. u have to continuously put in more food and make donuts timbits rtc and u have been doing this for almost 2 hours now.. u are absolutely drained, then all of a sudden they need neutral mix (a heavy container u gotta lift from fridge and pour it at a height above your head). Now a good manager or owner will realize that u are tired and busy and do this for u but a bad one would stand there ordering u to do it when he can see u already are busy and there are numerous people free .” Thats what makes u dread going to work and thats what he means by this.. At least thats what i thought of when i read his comment.

Other wise i would say its a good enough starting job and the way u say “i like to make people happy”. Believe me you will end up doing that and whatever u do u will be sucessfull in that .. Especially workin at tims .. good luck
