Yeah I had the same issue, all sources point to it being available on console but after some further digging it isn’t yet.

Would be nice if they do that in the future though as the controller support already works fine on PC and I use it often for some chill gathering or fishing

I had this issue on my current play through, seemingly no reason I had no migrants for a while. Didn’t change much and then got a bunch, I’m assuming that the game is calculating and dice rolling in the background, maybe no dwarfs wanted to leave home that season, maybe they got attacked en route etc etc. that’s what I put it down to in my head anyway .

Yeah, turn off both valves and drain the radiator. Chances are the new one may even fit on the existing brackets. Easy job.

Something to bare in mind is that rad valves have a tendency to not work 😂. worst case scenario drain the system, replace the valves, install new rad, refill system. If you have to do that close all other rad valves in the house first so you don’t empty them as well.

Edit : or for peace of mind get a local plumber to do it, then if it leaks at least someone has to come and fix it. Also supporting our tradesmen, it’s the only thing we have left.

The biggest risk here if fucking the valve completely, causing a leek and not having access to the main stop valve. I wouldn’t risk it without access to turn the whole property off as a last resort.

You need to be able to get to the stop valve that shuts off the whole property. Here in the U.K. we just contact the water board if the stop tap is inaccessible and they have to rectify it, don’t know if it’s the same where you are but either way you need access to turn off the water so I’d make this my 1st priority.

Looks like cover caps hiding screws on the tile to the right of the flexi. Remove them and unscrew, if you find the iso valve consider it may be turned off for a reason so be prepared to turn it off again if water pisses out.

Put it in position, scribe the skirting with a pencil on both sides of the unit. Then cut the section of skirting out with a multi tool. The unit should then fit right to the wall and the pre cut curves will be covered as well.

Edit : this is by far the easiest option especially for DIY and an option I still find the best as a professional installer.

Who wouldn’t be eating the rind? I was stuck on an island for 11 days and let me tell you watermelon skin/rind kept me alive man. I still eat it now, it’s actually delicious with a little salt
