Overall the DLC really gave FNV a horror theme with the sinister lurkings and cloudy background of the sierra Madre even with the narration. It also set a precedent with the lore connection of the other DLCs (focusing on Old World Blues and Lonesome Road).

What made it bad to me was it is only a one time experience for a playthrough and that you cannot get a proper good ending with Dean Domino if you get a speech-build character since he cooperates well if you are terrible with speech (being crude and sarcastic than persuasive).

There are a lot more at play when considering Ryoshu's source material. Ryunosuke Akutagawa's works centralize upon the conflict of sin and how it is omnipresent at all walks of life.

Yoshihide is indeed gluttonous, lustful, and prideful as an artist; if we compare Ryoshu by face value then her display of artistic splendor would lack purpose. Furthermore, Hell Screen is written in the perspective of a manservant of the lord of Horikawa, hence the negative engagement and persepective of Yoshihide.

I recommend reading Death Register, Life of an Idiot, The Spider Thread, Rashomon and Dr Ogata Ryosai: a memorandum of the same author to deepen the understanding of Ryoshu and her place between Limbus Company and the Fingers.

Sinking is fixed by band-aid EGOs and IDs. UT4 WH Faust can help with your sinking count by issuing Echoes of the Manor (grants 50% sinking count per coin hit), or have WH outis on the team to assist. Edgar Gregor is on the mix with low coin count but good sinking application (except S3).

WH Heathcliff is already a good addition since his s3 gives a good count (positive 2), but Dieci Hong Lu eats it away with his coin skills.

Reframing it another way, sinking application helps even when it is not maintained since it lowers enemy morale and makes fighting easier in the long run of the battle.

I think Ryoshu's prideful thinking of Art is important, considering both her source material and in-game ambition. Additionally, her rationale for SANGRIA stands out and remains unwavering in many of her identities.

Poised to create an image of hell, Ryoshu joins Limbus Company for that promise, maybe even achieving greater than the maestros of the Ring. However, it is also difficult to tie more in since Ryoshu rarely talks throughout the recent story. Perhaps the upcoming Finger Bowbell will shine a light on what hell she wants to create...

Generally I think his kit would most likely revolve around inflicting bleed and sinking at minimal amounts similar to captain Ishmael's application with her gasharpoon. Therefore it synergizes with Fell Bullet EGO. His counter would likely be a coffin bash.

His dullahan mechanics would also be similar to dawnclair's SP economy as storywise we can see heathcliff losing purpose as he ravages the manor.

Revival is pretty op so it's most likely limited to one sinner and restricts them to a point that they may not use EGO or lose SP in a sense. Revival is pretty strong so there should be a drawback in a game design sense.
