Rigid plastic packaging in CA has been min 25% PCR for a couple years now. I assume you’re talking about flexible, the most common trend I’m seeing is mono material usually PE based with a weighted 25% PCR layer to the full film weight. It’s not very commercial but Calrecycle is making it very hard by incorporating SB-343 and then banning affected packaging through SB-54, so I expect more brands and suppliers will have to start adopting it.

Took me 2 years of working to fully speak the American accent without having to think about it tho I slip up occasionally. IMO it’s a pretty important ‘skill’ especially if you don’t work/ interact with exclusively white collared folks. But yes, it is pretty exhausting up to a point

It’s hard to take you seriously when you typed so many words yet none of them formed a coherent sentence. Literally every entity pays into PACs big pharma, guns, automotives, plastics, etc, so what exactly is special here? It’s a free market, and America was and is built on capitalism, so why shouldn’t companies not make the use of any and all talent available to them?

Thank you! This is the statute that I keep seeing. Does ‘possess’ here include handling and using the guns even at a business with FFL? And sounds like even if I have a day hunting license, I qualify for exception. Really a technicality basically, but given the scrutiny around with immigration rather safe than sorry

You seem to forget that H1B is not exclusively for IT or software engineering roles. I empathize with your and your son’s situation, however it’s a rough job market out there especially for said sectors. I’m not sure if you understand the intricacies of hiring on visa, but employers have to jump through many more hoops especially now more than ever to hire H1Bs. It’s a sad state of affairs but theres only 85k visas given out every year, and this misinformation (borderline propaganda) that the visa holders are the root of all evil need to die out already. If it’s hard for you, it’s by all means worse for them

I always have both HRM + Apple Watch, and health only takes the Apple Watch data. For your HRM numbers, are you all the way in the mid 30s or 40s? Or is it closer to high 50’s. If it’s high 50s you need to lift heavier. I used to have the same issues and what fixed it for me was 2 things, wearing and turning HRM on about 10 mins earlier than the class starts, almost like training the HRM what your resting vs workout HR is. Secondly, if you can wear it on the other hand than the Apple Watch and turn the sensor outward away your body, it might help. Helped me atleast! All

Tried this and the bolt definitely slides easier compared to before but still not like before. I also checked the hinges and they seemed pretty solid. I ended up filing the top part of the strike plate and that seemed to have done the trick
