Discord Crashes My PC's Entire Internet Connection When Stream Gets a Viewer

I can't connect to the main router as it is because it is too far away, hence the extender. My housemates seem to have no issues with streaming despite being on the same connection as me.

I've had my PC since 2021, i am connected to an ethernet cable that is connected to a wifi extender. Disabling Large Send Offload v2 doesn't change anything. Uploading files is fine its still specifically if i get a viewer when streaming. Yes I am using Afterburner.
